Tormek SVP-80 Profile Knife Jig

Sharpens profiled spindle moulder knives. The knife is held securely in position with a magnet and guide pins which match the safety pin holes in the knife. The jig can be used to sharpen all makes and shapes of moulding knives with 24/30/38mm between centres up to a maximum width of 100mm. Tormek T-7/T-8 Sharpening System is recommended for this jig.

The SVP-80 Moulding Knife Attachment has a steel plate with a magnetic insert with a number of holes. You can easily see which holes correspond to the holes in your moulding knife and insert the clamping pins supplied into the corresponding holes on the magnet. This allows you to easily and freely mount your various moulding knives for steady sharpening.
