It can reach a full charge in just 55 minutes when used with DC18RC/DC18RD fast chargers, making it the fastest charging battery in its category. The battery also includes an LED capacity indicator so you can easily see how much charge is remaining. When used with efficient brushless motor tools or in tandem on select Makita ‘X2’ - Twin 18v tools, this 6.0Ah battery sets new standards in run time. Makita 18V X2 LXT (36V) cordless tools are powered by two 18V batteries and are designed to deliver corded power and run time for high-demand tools like saws, blowers, and trimmers without leaving the 18V battery platform or requiring heavier, high-voltage batteries. The Makita 6Ah battery is compatible with Makita 18v tools that feature the Star Protection logo.
