Orange Hi-Vis (High Visibility) waterproof motorway jackets with taped seams and retro-reflective tape conforms to EN471 Class 3 and also to EN343 Class 3 for protective clothing against foul weather.
They have a quilted nylon lining, a two-way heavy-duty zip fastening, stud fastening storm flap, concealed hood with drawstring and are 100% polyester with PVC coating.
